They would reach out to us wondering what to do but all we could tell them to do is contact their Customs and Postal Service agents to see what happened. Lost or stolen package? LOST PACKAGES ARE NOT ARE RESPONSIBILITY!!!We ship our packages using the United States Postal Service with tracking number. This allows both us and our customers to track the package sent should a problem arise. If you think your package is lost or stolen PLEASE contact USPS with the date the package ships plus all the stops in between before reaching its destination. Please do not wait a month or longer to submit a claim form through the USPS website. Returning an ItemSorry, NO returns can be accepted for this product.
